THIS PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

This Privacy Policy Agreement ("Policy") governs the manner in which Nesote Technologies Private Limited, the sole owner and operator of CloudPrepare.com, collects, stores, processes, manages, transfers, and protects information related to users of the Website ("Users," "you," "your"). By accessing or using CloudPrepare.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy applies to all Users regardless of location and covers all current, expanded, and future services made available through the Website.

1. Information We Collect

Nesote collects information in a variety of ways, depending on how the User interacts with the Website or engages our services. Users provide personal information directly when creating accounts, submitting forms, sending messages, communicating with support, or purchasing services. This information may include a User's name, email address, phone number, billing details, company or organizational information, and any data submitted for support or service delivery. Additionally, we collect technical identifiers automatically when Users access the Website, including IP addresses, browser information, device characteristics, session duration, visited pages, clickstream activity, and behavioral data gathered through cookies or other tracking mechanisms.

When Users request technical services, they may voluntarily provide platform access credentials, such as cloud service logins, API keys, administrative accounts, hosting panel access, DNS or domain registrar access, SaaS platform credentials, or any other access required to fulfill a service request. This category of information is provided solely at the User's discretion and is used exclusively to complete the requested service. Because CloudPrepare.com continues to expand into new services, technologies, and platforms, Users acknowledge that this Policy automatically covers any future categories of information necessary to deliver new or updated services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through CloudPrepare.com is used to operate, manage, and improve the services we provide. This includes using information to deliver the requested technical services, respond to support inquiries, authenticate accounts, process payments, verify User identity, and maintain operational functionality. We also use information to enhance Website performance, personalize the User experience, analyze usage trends, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure security across all systems.

From time to time, Nesote may use personal information to communicate with Users regarding service confirmations, updates, technical alerts, troubleshooting instructions, or administrative notices. Communication is an integral part of service delivery. All such communication is permitted by your use of the Website. Additionally, we may use information for internal auditing, analytics, legal compliance, data retention requirements, enforcement of our Terms & Conditions, and other legitimate business purposes.

3. Data Storage, Processing & Transfer to Any Jurisdiction

Nesote maintains full operational freedom to store, process, replicate, transfer, or retain User information in any geographic region or jurisdiction worldwide. The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that data may be stored on servers located inside or outside India, on infrastructure owned or controlled by Nesote, or on reliable third-party cloud systems. Data may be transferred between multiple countries, jurisdictions, or platforms without notice to the User, and may be subject to the privacy or disclosure laws of those regions.

The exact storage locations, specific providers, and technical infrastructure used for storing or processing User data may change from time to time. Nesote is under no obligation to disclose, justify, or seek approval from the User before selecting or changing any such locations. You expressly consent to the unrestricted cross-border transfer of data, acknowledging that privacy protections vary between jurisdictions and that some countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. You further acknowledge that foreign governments may compel access to data under their own laws and that Nesote is not responsible for such requirements.

The User assumes all risks associated with international data storage and processing. This unrestricted storage model is essential for providing the operational flexibility, reliability, and scalability required for CloudPrepare.com to operate effectively.

4. Access to Your Cloud or Platform Accounts

Certain services provided by CloudPrepare.com require access to User-owned platforms such as cloud accounts, hosting environments, SaaS systems, or third-party applications. When Users provide credentials or access permissions, Nesote uses them solely to carry out the specific tasks required to fulfill the requested service. We do not intentionally retain, reuse, or repurpose such credentials after the completion of the service. However, Users acknowledge that temporary access records, logs, or internal notes may persist within secure systems for operational, audit, or legal purposes.

Users must immediately revoke, rotate, or update all provided credentials as soon as service delivery is completed. Nesote bears no responsibility for unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents resulting from the User's failure to modify or remove provided access credentials after service completion.

5. Sharing of Information

Nesote does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. However, we may share information with trusted service providers who support our operations, such as hosting providers, backend infrastructure partners, analytics providers, subcontractors participating in service delivery, customer support tools, or payment processors. We may also share information as required by law, in compliance with regulatory requirements, during arbitration, or in response to legitimate government requests.

All disclosures are limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of operational, legal, or technical functions. Sharing may involve international transfers as described earlier.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

The Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure proper functionality, maintain login sessions, analyze browsing behavior, customize User experience, and enhance security. By using the Website, you consent to the use of cookies. Disabling cookies may cause significant portions of the Website to malfunction or become inaccessible.

7. Data Security Measures

Nesote implements reasonable and commercially appropriate security measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures may include encryption, restricted access permissions, secure transmission protocols, internal monitoring, and periodic audits. Nonetheless, Users acknowledge that no digital system, server, or transmission method can ever be guaranteed to be completely secure. You accept full responsibility for risks associated with the transmission or storage of information online. Nesote is not liable for security breaches except where explicitly required under applicable law.

8. Data Retention
